I had tossed the idea of CrossFit around for a few years to cross train for roller derby, but was a little afraid to try it. From an outside perspective, CrossFit can be intimidating–it’s high intensity and it is physically and mentally challenging. Rappahannock Strength & Conditioning has been nothing short of amazing. The programming is fantastic–you will absolutely see results if you trust the process and are consistent and honest with your training. The coaches will inspire you to go beyond what you think you are capable of, and the community itself quickly feels like family. You will be stronger, happier, and more confident once you start your CrossFit journey.

I came in to RSC with previous CF experience but needed to find my motivation. I’m not going to sugar coat it, Kent’s programming is hard. It demands much of you as an athlete but, being crossfit, everything is scalable to accommodate any fitness level. That being said, if you come in, work hard, are honest with yourself about your capabilities, listen to the amazing coaches here and push yourself, there is NO way you won’t improve. I’ve made gains I didn’t think possible and have found a community that I was missing.

Love this place! The owners and coaches are top notch and the athletes leave it all in the floor! Best box this side of the Rappahannock! Come in and join us, you won’t be disappointed!
